HOSTING YOUR EVENT AT THE CASTLE
Each year the Castle is available for a limited number of group, social and family events.
The castle offers a variety of accommodation in both single rooms and shared rooms. The maximum number we can accommodate (in shared accomodation) is 32 whilst the maximum number of people at an indoor event is 120. A limited amount of camping in yurts is possible, or we can accommodate overflow in local B&Bs if necessary.
The main group workspace is 40ft long with a ballroom floor, Elizabethan panelling and ornate plasterwork. There is also a large dining room, and vegetarian catering can be arranged. We use as much organic and local produce as possible, even from our walled, kitchen garden in summer months.
Note: we are compliant with Fire and Health & Safety regulations.

Family members are ‘hands-on’ with the running of the castle, and we would be happy to hear your enquiry about weddings, events or private functions. Note: we are currently taking wedding bookings for 2019.
